TPMP People: Matthieu Delormeau dismissed from the presentation, Benjamin Castaldi sends him a nice message

Replacing Matthieu Delormeau at the presentation of TPMP People this Saturday, May 21 following his clash with Gilles Verdez, Benjamin Castaldi sent him a very nice message live.

The past week has been more than eventful for TPMP. Indeed, the merry band of Cyril Hanouna was shaken by a huge clash between Gilles Verdez and Matthieu Delormeau. As they debated the case of Idrissa Gueye, the Senegalese footballer who refused to play on the day dedicated to the fight against homophobia, the two columnists raised their voices and argued violently.

Gilles said he understood the footballer’s decision, which absolutely did not please Matthieu Delormeau, who went so far as to call him homophobic and came to leave the set after violently insulting Gilles Verdez. Since then, Matthieu Delormeau has been absent from the show and has preferred to distance himself time to recover from his emotions.

Benjamin Castaldi sent a message of support to Mathieu Delormeau

It is therefore Benjamin Castaldi who replaced Matthieu Delormeau for the presentation of the weekly meeting of TPMP People this Saturday, May 21. Accustomed to replacing Cyril Hanouna in TPMPthe task was not very complicated for the former presenter of Secret Story.

Touched by the situation and by the gloomy atmosphere that currently reigns in the Touche pas à mon poste team, Benjamin Castaldi wanted to send a message of support to his friend and colleague, Matthieu Delormeau. This message was also a way for the presenter to explain and justify the absence of the former host of the Mag from NJR12: “I replaced Matthieu Delormeau at short notice, my friend, my little brother whom I embrace. He’ll be back I think next week.” he said before continuing: “Besides, that was kind of the debate this week, I always wear this bracelet in LGBT colorshe reported in support of his friend.

A very nice message.
