Leclerc has just recalled salad, sold everywhere in France. Suspicious residues of the Listeria bacteria were discovered in the salad. It is better not to eat it.

The sachets concerned bear the bar code 3564700632260L and the batch number 40325127. The expiry date is set at 13/07/2022. If you are in possession of this salad, it is recommended not to consume it. On the other hand, if you have already eaten it, it is advisable to contact your doctor.

Listeriosis causes very specific symptoms such as fever, headache and body aches. Other serious forms such as neurological complications exist and can affect pregnant women, immunocompromised people and the elderly. The incubation period for listeria can be up to 8 weeks. So be careful over time.
