After being abandoned by Christopher Robin, the cute animals have become horrible bloodthirsty killers and have transformed the peaceful Forest of Blue Dreams into the woods of nightmares from which there is no coming back…
Directed by Rhys Waterfield, Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood And Honey was made possible because the book Winnie the Pooh: Story of a Bear-Like-That by AA Milne, published in 1926, has now fallen into the public domain.
The characters and settings invented by the author can therefore be used without any permission or copyright to be paid.
The Walt Disney studio, which until now held the rights, is therefore no longer the only one able to integrate Winnie the Pooh, Piglet and the Forest of Blue Dreams into its films. Note, however, that Tigger only appeared in books from 1928, so the character has not yet fallen into the public domain, which explains why the horror film only features Winnie and Piglet.
Worn by Nikolai Leon, May Kelly, Maria Taylor, Amber Doig-Thorne, Craig David Dowsett and Chris Cordell, the feature film does not yet have a release date.
