The video also shows that several passers-by observed the situation and continued on. Search for perpetrators “The incident occurred around 6 p.m.,” city police commander Karl Pogutter confirmed the crime. The identity of the perpetrators is currently unknown. However, they can be seen quite clearly in the video.
