Strasbourg, France, May 5, 2023, 5:45 p.m. – The Combined General Meeting (ordinary and extraordinary) of Transgene shareholders took place today (May 5, 2023) at 9:00 a.m. at the company’s registered office (400 boulevard Gonthier d’Andernach – Innovation Park – 67400 Illkirch-Graffenstaden).
The Combined General Meeting was chaired by Alessandro Riva, Chairman, in order to approve the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, and to vote on all the resolutions submitted to them.

The Combined General Meeting adopted all the resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors, including resolutions 9, 10 and 11 as amended during the meeting.
