investment fund listed in France dedicated to ecological transition and the reduction of the carbon footprint, is pleased to announce that it has obtained the Greenfin label, which aims to mobilize part of the savings for the benefit of the transition energetic and ecological.
First state label dedicated to green finance, the Greenfin label (formerly TEEC label for “Energy and ecological transition for the climate”) was created at the end of 2015 by the Ministry of Ecological and Inclusive Transition at the time of COP 21.
The Greenfin label, which guarantees the green quality of investment funds, is aimed at financial players who act in the service of the common good through transparent and sustainable practices.
The label has the particularity of excluding funds that invest in companies operating in the nuclear sector and fossil fuels.
Investment funds applying for this label must take into account environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) criteria in the construction and life of their portfolio and have a positive impact on the ecological and energy transition.
