“We were called to Schwertberg because a cat fell into a crack and got stuck between the wall and the oil tank. The cat could not be easily freed due to the narrow gap,” reports the Gusental Animal Aid. Together with the owner and the FF Schwertberg, several hundred liters of oil were pumped into a second tank using a time-consuming pump. This made it possible to move the first tank to create a larger gap. The cat was finally freed with the help of a landing net. The owner was able to receive his pet unharmed, according to animal aid.
