A 41-year-old Dutchman has been jailed for drug smuggling. The man is said to have brought around five kilos of amphetamine and one hundred grams of cocaine to Austria in September 2020 and handed them over to a man from Salzburg. In Austria, the man has no criminal record.
In the Netherlands, however, he has already been sentenced three times. A panel of judges from the Salzburg regional court found the man guilty on Wednesday. It imposed three years of unconditional imprisonment. The verdict is already final!
