(Boursier.com) — Trigano camped on 124 euros this Wednesday, while the group finalized at the beginning of September the acquisitions of the Abalain and Alonso groups, and the Thouard company (3.5 ME turnover). These companies, all beneficiaries, together employ around a hundred people… With 10 new points of sale in Brittany (Finistère and Côtes d’Armor), in the South-West (Landes, Pyrénées Atlantiques and Lot-et-Garonne) as well as that in Yonne, these operations make it possible to complete the territorial coverage of the Libertium network, which now brings together under the same brand the 60 Trigano leisure vehicle sales points in France.
These acquisitions, the amount of which has not been specified, will be integrated from September 1, 2023 and should contribute approximately €50 million to Trigano’s consolidated turnover.
Portzamparc speaks of an announcement “without surprise” (…) “In addition to the acquisition of the Habitat division of Bénéteau, Trigano should continue to increase its distribution network and its geographical coverage” estimates the analyst who is aiming for a price of 156 euros on file.
