In Fallout 4, you will have many side quests. The one that will interest us here is “Rideau” which will ask you to go to Trinity Tower and go in search of Strong. In this article, we guide you step by step to get there.

Summary of all our guides on Fallout 4

Summary

  • How to start the “Curtain” quest and go in search of the Trinity Tower?
  • Progress in the Trinity Tower
  • How to recruit Strong as a companion?

Before we look at this “Curtain” quest itself, let’s see how to activate it in Fallout 4! To do this, you will have to go to Back Street Apparel in Boston. To help you, we have indicated its location on the map below in red.

Once you are there, you will have to open your radio and you will come across a new frequency which will start the quest. Then simply follow the quest indicator which will eventually take you to Trinity Tower which is nearby.

To be precise, it’s southeast of Back Street Apparel and we’ve shown you the precise location in blue on the map below. Once there, start by eliminating the super-mutants that are roaming around and then take the elevator to get to the first floor.

Progress in the Trinity Tower

Then go into the room to your left and take the walkway to the second floor. Enter the room on the right and take the ramp. You will come across an elevator allowing you to go up another floor.

Then go up the stairs on the left and you will come across super mutants to eliminate. Continue up the stairs, then use the ramp at the back of the room. You will then arrive on the top floor and there, the fight against Fist the super-mutant at the head of the local group will begin.

Once free of the latter, search the crate on the left, which will allow you to recover the cell key. Key that you will quickly use since once you have spoken to Rex, open the cell to obtain the melee figurine and the Macbeth script.

Then simply follow Strong and Rex to the elevator which will allow you to reach the first floors. Once that’s good, continue following Rex and Strong to a second elevator. During this entire phase of the game, you will also have to get rid of the super-mutants who attack you.

Once on the ground floor, go to the exit of the tower. You will receive Rex’s thanks and the “Curtain” quest will officially end. Except that this is not the only reward you will have for having completed this secondary mission of Fallout 4.

Indeed, once the quest is finished, simply go talk to Strong. He can then join you as a companion. There you go, you now know everything about the “Curtain” quest but also how to save Strong and have him join your team.
