TripActions: fundraising

(Boursier.com) — TripActions, the ‘all-in-one’ travel, expense and corporate card management solution, today announces a Series G fundraising that brings its total post-money valuation to 9 $.2 billion. This capital raise, combining approximately $154 million of capital from new and existing financial shareholders and a $150 million structured transaction from Coatue, marks the third round of financing for the company in three years.
