A woman had egg cells removed and frozen prior to radiation therapy. After her death, the widower would like his new partner to give birth to the children. But the company that stores the material wants to destroy the egg cells, as they are no longer allowed to be used under current law. Isabel von Brede (Sabine Postel) and Markus Gellert (Herbert Knaup) are supposed to prevent this with an injunction.

Drought, floods, melting glaciers: the climate is also changing in Germany. The documentation collects the facts and asks how life in this country will change. Climate researchers have long called for committed countermeasures. Time is running out now. What happens if we carry on like we have before? And what measures will help to cope with climate change?

The former schoolmates Charly (Silke Bodenbender), Rita (Nicolette Krebitz), Manu (Edita Malovcic), Ingrid (Nora von Waldstätten) and Sonja (Franziska Weisz) meet to relive the old days. They celebrate in a hunting lodge that is lonely in the forest on a hill. Charly has no good memories of childhood days there: Her former clique shares a terrible experience. When there is an argument between Rita and Charly, Charly wants to leave. But then the weather changes, the power goes out, and before the five women notice that one of them is missing, it is too late.

Claude (Christian Clavier) and Marie Verneuil (Chantal Lauby) are blessed with four enchantingly beautiful daughters. The well-to-do couple of retirement age can consider themselves lucky that three have already got under the hood and are giving them their first grandchildren. Unfortunately, from the point of view of Papa, there is one downer with the previous sons-in-law. All three are not what the proud Gaullist Claude imagines as the ideal French. Of course he mustn't let it show.

A peculiar trio of investigators: the boss Ludwig Schaller (Alexander Held) is considered crazy, the young inspector Angelika Flierl (Bernadette Heerwagen) would much rather be a singer, and her colleague Harald Neuhauser (Marcus Mittermeier) likes to chase love as well as criminals. At first the three have nothing to say to each other. Then a routine visit brings Harald and Angelika to a small town called Englbach. Ms. Lancelotti, who is considered a troublemaker by the local police, lives there. She claims that her husband was murdered. All the evidence suggests that he has set off abroad.
