An anonymous message brings lawyer Borchert into trouble in "Zürich-Krimi" (Das Erste). "Germany's Next Top Model" is starting a new season on ProSieben. In "Battleship" (VOX) the defiant Lieutenant Hopper takes on aliens.

8:15 p.m., Das Erste, Der Zürich-Krimi: Borchert and der Eisige Tod, Krimi

"Franz Brosi is innocent …" – this anonymous message arouses the curiosity of the "lawyer without a license" Thomas Borchert (Christian Kohlund). His office manager Dominique (Ina Paule Klink) knows immediately who it is about: The cabinet maker Brosi (Siemen Rühaak) was her first client as a public defender and has been in prison for the murder of a young banker for eleven years. She can hardly believe that someone is now claiming his innocence – after all, Brosi had refused her help at the time and made an extensive confession.

In broad daylight, Dr. Martin Gruber (Hans Sigl) the obviously heavily drunk Holger Brandstetter (Florian Panzner) in front of the car. Instead of being examined for it, it is aggressive. When Martin visits him a little later in his workshop, he doesn't seem to be able to remember the incident. Martin's other living conditions also make Martin feel uncomfortable.

When, however, during an international naval maneuver, a sent out scouting party detects battle ships occupied by aliens, it is suddenly up to Hopper and a Japanese commander to stop the overwhelming alien invasion. It is imperative that Hopper and his crew prevent the alien enemy from contacting his home planet in order to request reinforcements.

After the family man and ex-CIA agent Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) had to rescue his daughter Kim and his ex-wife Leonore from the clutches of unscrupulous gangsters, he is now himself in the crosshairs of the police. When he finds Leonore murdered in her apartment, he becomes the main suspect for the police. Thanks to his abilities, he managed to escape just before his arrest. A dangerous cat-and-mouse game begins between Mills and the persistent police inspector Franck Dotzler (Forest Whitaker). His only chance: He has to track down the masterminds of the murder and arrest the unscrupulous killers.
