What looks like routine for Billy Kuckuck (Aglaia Szyskowitz) ends dramatically for her quick-tempered client Karl Löwe (Karl Kranzkowski): He ends up in hospital with a heart attack. The owner of a traditional pastry shop is said to have bought an e-scooter on the Internet and not paid for it. He stubbornly sticks: He neither ordered nor received the scooter. Billy sees it differently, and this time she wants to go by the rules. Billy is surprised that her mother (Ursela Monn) is very committed to the man until she discovers the secret: Karl was Christel's childhood sweetheart.
