The young woman comes from the rough Ile de Sein, and a second corpse is found there shortly afterwards. Another young woman, also with her throat cut. Celine and Laetitia, the two victims, were newly in love, but who should have wanted to kill the couple?

Markus' (Sebastian Ströbel) foster daughter Mia (Mia-Sophie Ballauf) has found a loyal friend in nine-year-old Max (Niko Friesecke). Max is afraid of losing his beloved mom. Fearing that the strange woman might take him away, Max and Mia forge a plan. With a paraglider they want to go to Max's grandpa in the neighboring valley.

When they arrive at the scene, they soon find indications that the dead Thorsten Brenner did not, as claimed, fell under the influence of alcohol over board the patrol boat and drowned.
