Superior Theodora (Nina Hoger) wants to retire to Kaltenthal Monastery until her recovery. She had actually planned for Sister Hildegard (Andrea Sihler) to represent her, but Auxiliary Bishop Landkammer (Wolfgang Böck) has other plans. Then the Kaltenthal nuns are dismayed to learn that Jens Lehner (Kai Albrecht) is injured in the hospital after a serious car accident. Without hesitation, Sister Claudia (Mareike Lindenmeyer) agrees to take care of his children Oskar and Pia for the time being.
