“Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald”: Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) receives an alarming message

The magic zoologist Newt Scamander chases the dark magician Gellert Grindelwald in “Fantastic Animal Beings 2” (Sat.1). In Munich’s “Tatort” (Das Erste), a surfer is the victim of a knife attack.
8:15 p.m., Sat.1, Fantastic Beasts 2: Grindelwald’s Crimes, Fantasy
The magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) learns that Credence (Ezra Miller), believed to be dead, is still alive and in Paris looking for his biological family. At Dumbledore’s (Jude Law) request, Newt travels to France to protect the boy, because the magician Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) is also after Credence. Can Dumbledore’s allies thwart Grindelwald’s sinister plans or will they fall into his clutches themselves?
8:15 p.m., Das Erste, Tatort: The Eternal Wave, Crime
After a nightly surfing session on the wave in Munich’s Eisbach, Mikesch (Andreas Lust) is the victim of a knife attack. He survived badly injured. Mikesch was a close friend of Leitmayr (Udo Wachtveitl) in the early 80s. Together with the Dutch woman Frida (Ellen ten Damme), the three of them spent an exciting summer on the beach in the Portuguese fishing town of Nazaré. Shortly afterwards Franz broke off contact with both of them without a word.
8:15 p.m., ProSieben, The Accountant, Thriller
Christian Wolff (Ben Affleck) uses his small tax consultancy office as a camouflage to tweak the books for organizations that have a lot of mess – until the resourceful tax investigator Ray King (JK Simmons) finds out about him. Chris then accepts a legal assignment and encounters a conspiracy of unimaginable proportions.
8:15 p.m., VOX, Ant-Man, action comedy
The smart super thief Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) has, thanks to a special suit from Dr. Henry “Hank” Pym (Michael Douglas), the ability to shrink to the size of an ant and multiply his powers. So that Pym’s unusual technology is no longer used for military purposes, he commissions the con artist Lang to sabotage his unscrupulous opponent Darren Cross (Corey Stoll) and to steal his special Ant-Man suit. But Lang must first complete a superhero training.
9.45 p.m., Das Erste, Rebecka Martinsson – Long shadows, crime thriller
When a hotel in Kiruna is demolished, construction workers discover the skeleton of a young woman. Public Prosecutor Rebecka Martinsson (Sascha Zacharias) is leading the investigation. For Commissioner Stålnacke (Thomas Oredsson), the find brings terrible certainty: Linn Haapalahti, who disappeared 16 years ago, was murdered and buried. Stålnackes suspicion against Linn’s husband Jesper (Krister Kern) serves as a starting point again this time.
