TV tips: hostage-taking in "Solo für Weiss"

In "Solo for White" (ZDF) a hostage-taking ends fatally. The "Grießnockerlaffäre" (Das Erste) makes provincial police officer Eberhofer work up a sweat. "Sherlock" (ONE) gets the job of an investigation in a drug frenzy.

8:15 p.m., ZDF, solo for white: sleepless, crime thriller

During the observation of a drug transfer, the LKA Kiel, the police-known dealer Jesper Alm (Anastasios Soulis) goes into the network. But he can free himself and shoots Marie von Wenzel (Leonie Wesselow). Alms friend Silvia (Laetitia Lauré Adrian) can escape with him – but without the drugs. Since investigator Nora Weiss (Anna Maria Mühe) knows the family of the girl who was shot, she is withdrawn from the case by her superior. Nevertheless, Nora begins to investigate the von Wenzel family.

8:15 p.m., Das Erste, Grießnockerlaffäre, Comedy

The remaining alcoholic Franz Eberhofer (Sebastian Bezzel) is woken up the morning after a lavish police wedding by a heavily armed SEK commando, which unfortunately cannot be chased away by grandma's (Enzi Fuchs) broom. The colleague Barschl (Francis Fulton-Smith) was found dead with a knife in his back. And stupidly the murder weapon is, of all things, Franz's pocket knife. The fact that the deceased is Franz's unloved superior and a declared archenemy doesn't make matters any better.

Jannis Birth and Alexander Wies make crackers out of grain sprouts. In South Africa Jannis stumbled upon a 2,000 year old sprout bread recipe – that's how he came up with the idea for "AHO BIO". For them, the crackers made from ancient grains are the new superfood. For 75,000 euros, a lion can buy 15 percent of the shares. Do the founders get an offer?

8:15 p.m., ONE, Sherlock: The lying detective

Sherlock (Benedict Cumberbatch) hopes in vain that Watson (Martin Freeman) doesn't blame him for Mary's (Amanda Abbington) death. He self-destructively numbs the painful loss of his only friend with drugs. A client appears to him, as if in a frenzy, who visits the detective with an unusual assignment: she is certain that her father has committed a murder and wants to know who the victim was.

8:15 p.m., kabel eins, Lethal Weapon 3 – The pros are back, action comedy

After the two cops Murtaugh (Danny Glover) and Riggs (Mel Gibson) screwed up an important mission, the hotheads are assigned to patrol duty. Murtaugh wants to relax and pull through the last few days before his retirement. But then there is a shootout with a gang of young people in which a friend of his son is hit. During their investigation, the cops come across a former police officer who supplies youth gangs with firearms.
