Commissioner Robert Anders (Walter Sittler) has to investigate the murder of a woman on the Gotland ferry. The dead passenger is found on board during the crossing from Visby to Nynäshamn. When suddenly his son Kasper (Grim Lohman) disappears on the ferry, a race against time begins. Has Kasper observed the murder and has now become a victim himself? The clock is ticking as the ship inevitably plows through the ice-cold Baltic Sea towards the mainland.
