Stubbe's (Wolfgang Stumph) daughter Christiane (Stephanie Stumph), a freelance journalist in Hamburg, is asked by her childhood friend Malte (Patrick Güldenberg) from Dresden for help in solving the death of his mother in need of care. Since the summer vacation of her nine-year-old daughter Caroline (Greta Kasalo) is just around the corner, she decides to combine work and family visits and to spend the vacation with her daughter in Dresden. There she immersed herself in the world of a nursing service in Dresden.

In an XXL special on this evening, prominent teams of two give advice and improve or worsen their answers with the help of their vetoes.
