Twitch is often the scene of many things, including many acts of generosity. ZeratoR has proven this to us for several years with the ZEvent which has so far made it possible to collect tens of millions of euros for various humanitarian associations. This time, a well-known face of French-speaking Youtube followers surprised his community with a more than generous system that commands respect.

“Where does my Twitch donation money go?”

Henry Tran is a familiar name to those who spent some time on YouTube a few years ago. He was part of the duo Le Rire Jaune with his brother Kevin. On their channel, they became known thanks to podcasts shot from their bedroom, a very popular trend in the 2010s. After deciding to start streaming, he chained broadcasts on all kinds of games, well often accompanied by other figures of the platform like Deujna or Squeezie.

It was during a live a few days ago that the streamer/Youtubeur answered a question posed to him by one of his followers. Usually, when a viewer makes a donation, the notification of the latter is displayed on the screen of the stream. This time, donations were no longer displayed on Henry Tran’s channel, arousing the curiosity of generous donors. The content creator responded with emotion that all the money from his Twitch donations now goes to the cancer league.

“[…] I decided that I wanted to bring my stone to the building. The gift, I think it’s not money that I need, I’m fine. I have the YouTube channels, I have the #ads, I have the adsense coming from YouTube and so all the donations from the Twitch channel are entirely donated to the association for the fight against cancer.

What motivated this decision?

The streamer went on to say that he sadly lost his grandmother this year to this disease which shatters thousands of destinies every year. So he made the decision to bring his stone to the building to support those affected by this scourge. A more than respectable decision that affected his cat and caused the respect of many other content creators.

We can only admire this choice to donate all Twitch donations to an association that fights against cancer. Who knows, maybe this will inspire viewers to donate more? Or maybe other streamers will decide to do the same?

During a recent live, the streamer Joueur du Grenier shared his concerns about the future of the Twitch platform in France, in particular on the social and community level. A feeling similar to that of the generality of users for some time.

The Eleven All Stars was a success. Beyond the audiences on Twitch, the victory and the show were there. The majority of our heroes dropped by the Popcorn set yesterday to take stock and celebrate. Among them, coach Kameto gave his notes by distributing the good points.
