Twitter limits daily number of post reads

(Reuters) – Twitter executive chairman Elon Musk said on Saturday that unverified accounts on the social network were now limited to reading 600 posts per day, and 6,000 per day for verified accounts.
The daily limit is 300 for new unverified accounts.

Elon Musk says he wants to prevent “extreme levels” of data recovery and manipulation of the system.

The billionaire has in the past criticized artificial intelligence companies like OpenAI, owner of ChatGPT, which he accuses of stealing data from Twitter. (Report Anirudh Saligrama in Bangalore; French version Elizabeth Pineau)
