A trio of arsonists was able to be researched in Spittal. The team of three caused two fires in the former indoor swimming pool in Spittal an der Drau in November.
After extensive investigations by the police, the causes of the fire and the perpetrators of two fires in Spittal have now been determined. A pair of brothers (16 and 17) is said to have started a fire with gases from spray paint cans in the checkout area of the old indoor pool on November 19. Fortunately, the fire went out by itself. Second fire On November 29th, the Florianijünger from Spittal had to move out again, this time it burned in the basement of the facility. Here the 16-year-old and a 15-year-old from Spittal are suspected of having set files on fire in an archive room. The fire was extinguished by the fire brigade and the trio of arsonists will be reported to the public prosecutor’s office after the investigation has been completed.
