Amazon Prime Gaming started February 2024 on a great note. Subscribers can collect two new free games, including the start of a license that has since become cult.
The weeks go by and look the same for PC gamers. Weekly, they can get their hands on several free games to keep for life, when Steam sometimes offers them trials as will be the case in a few hours with a demo festival. If the Epic Games Store has been set like a clock for years, Amazon has recently also offered a fixed calendar. Thanks to the Prime Gaming offer, available to all subscribers at no additional cost, two new free games are available each week. Those of last Thursday almost went unnoticed following the announcement of the February 2024 program, but it would clearly be a shame to miss it.
Two free Prime Gaming games
New month, new gifts for Prime Gaming members. For several years now, the e-commerce giant has offered subscribed players, or those who have someone close to them who is, the opportunity to collect a burst of free content. This ranges from packs, skins or small boosts for certain current titles, but not only that. What attracts the crowds more is the ten free games offered at no additional cost monthly. Codes to be retrieved and entered into various platforms (Amazon, GOG, Epic Games Store, etc.) and which allow the productions offered to be kept for life. The Prime Gaming February 2024 festivities are off to a flying start, with two new free games that you probably won’t want to miss.
Free Fallout with Prime Gaming
Starting with this month’s headliner: Fallout first of its name. A few months before the release of its Prime Video series, the American juggernaut decided to offer the initiatory episode. A very different title from more recent games, since it does not take the form of an FPS/TPS, but rather a CRPG which revolutionized the genre at its time. Here, players must explore the devastated ruins of a civilization that was once at its peak.
Fans who discover this episode for the first time will find the famous SPECIAL, colorful characters and obviously choices that will have an impact on the rest of the story. If this free game is to be collected on Prime Gaming via the dedicated page, it must be entered on GOG via a code. If you don’t have a subscription, but you know someone who isn’t interested, now is the time to scratch them out with a little code.
Breakout Recharged
And to accompany this video game monument, Amazon Prime Gaming also offers to recover a nice little independent game. Its name, Breakout Recharged. An arcade game which takes on the air of a modern and revisited version of the brick breaker where you must overcome around fifty challenges which gradually increase in difficulty. Fortunately, you can use power-ups to gain various powers. This second free Amazon Prime Gaming game will also be available via a code to be entered this time on the Epic Games Store.
