Bandai Namco also shares the intro cutscene in which the ghosts come to ruin the yellow heartthrob’s birthday party by kidnapping the entire Pac family. It’s the work of Toc-Man, a robot who thinks he can replace the authentic Pac-gum gobbler. Pac-Man then launches into the exploration of the six zones of the game with the help of a panoply of movements much wider than usual.
“Pac-Man will be able to use a wide range of moves to make his way through the different environments that the game has to offer. But while the Bomb Attack, the Bomb Dot or the Metal Pac-Man are making a comeback, Pac-Man can now bounce, roll, hover, extend the time of his jumps, eat Pac-gums to turn into Mega Pac -Man allowing him to attack ghosts“, explains Bandai Namco.
