As revealed The Parisian, the three men, namely Karim, Moussa and Junyang, aged respectively 21, 22 and 31, were prosecuted for acts dating back between January or February 2023 and July 3, 2023. Karim, alias Winter, was prosecuted for having sold cocaine , MDMA and 3-MMC. Junyang, known as Max Machine, for 3-MMC, ketamine and cocaine. Regarding Moussa, the latter was prosecuted for ecstasy, 3-MMC and MDMA, indicates the president.
At the end of the hearing, Karim was sentenced to a one-year suspended prison sentence and a fine of 2,000 euros. Junyang, a Chinese student who regularly delivered Pierre Palmade, will receive a one-year prison sentence and will be kept in detention. Finally, the last one, Moussa, only received a three-month suspended sentence and a reclassification of the facts as possession of drugs in use.
Against all expectations, Karim, who explained that he started dealing in January 2023 and that it earned him a minimum wage, expressed his regrets. “Even for 10,000 euros, I will never do it again in my life. I’m ashamed. I screwed up”he blurted.
