A new opportunity to expand your pokédex is available in Scarlet and Purple. We are talking here about two ultra rare pokemon. But don’t hang around to catch them.
Although Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have been out for almost two years on the Nintendo Switch, the app continues to maintain its community of fans. We are not talking about the two DLCs here, but about the special events that the game organizes very regularly. For players, it’s an opportunity to fill their Pokédex and improve their creatures, while collecting tons of gifts. The only problem is that you have to act very quickly, because you must not let these opportunities pass you by.
A new Pokemon Scarlet and Purple raid
From March 22 to Monday March 25, you will have the opportunity to capture two ultra rare Pokémon: Fury Fungus and Iron Palm. The types of these monsters will be random, making it more difficult to prepare for encounters with them. They will both be level 75, which corresponds to a 5-star raid level. During your game, you will not be able to encounter the two pocket monsters. Fungus Fury will be exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet, while Iron Palm will be available in Purple. However, if you really need the complementary creature, you can always join a raid led by a player with the opposite version of the game.
Even if these aren’t your favorite pokemon, we recommend taking a look for the rewards on offer. By capturing one of these two creatures you will obtain several useful items for Pokemon Scarlet and Purple, such as Exp candies, pearls, berries, and much more! These resources will be useful for evolving your team’s Pokémon or even for generating some money.
How to access the event?
For that, it’s very simple ! Just go to the menu “Poké Portal News” window versib of Pokemon Scarlet or Violet and have an Internet connection. You don’t need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to capture your version’s Pokémon. However, this will be the case if you join a player online to capture the second creature. Unfortunately, newcomers will have to wait before being able to unlock these events. You must have completed the scenario to unlock raids of level 5 stars or higher, unless you are in multiplayer.
