(AOF) – Uber, whose stock fell 8.7% in pre-market trading, recorded a net loss, group share, widening to $654 million for the first three months of 2024. Its adjusted basic profit of 1 $1.38 billion in the first quarter was up 82% from a year earlier and above expectations of $1.32 billion. Its revenue rose 15% to $10.13 billion, slightly above expectations. The U.S. company forecast lower-than-expected gross bookings for the second quarter.
