(CercleFinance.com) – Ubisoft announces that its board of directors is proposing the appointment of Claude France as an independent director, an appointment which will be subject to the approval of the general meeting which will meet on July 5.
Claude France currently serves as Managing Director of Worldline France, Director of MTS Digital Services activities of the Worldline Group and member of the Board of Directors of Ingenico.
With this appointment, the French video game publisher underlines that its board of directors will be composed of a majority of independent members, with 45% of the seats occupied by women.
