Ubisoft announces the date and location of its next Six Jönköping Major on Rainbow Six

Jönköping will be “the place to be” this year, since in addition to the DreamHack Winter and the World Final of the CS:GO Women’s Championship, we will find the Six November Major 2022 there.

Rainbow Six Siege’s international esports competition is currently in its home stretchwith the end of the 2022 season of the regional championships, and in particular EUL Stage 3, which will end on October 31 and which will see the qualification of 4 European teams for the next Major. Ubisoft takes the opportunity to give all the details on this November Major which will be called Six Jonkoping Majors 2022.

As its name suggests, it will take place at Jönköping in Sweden, at the Elmia Congress Center during the previously announced DreamHack Winter, which also hosts the finals of the CS:GO women’s competition this year.

Ubisoft announces that the next international event for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Esport, the Six Major Jönköping, will take place at DreamHack Winter from November 21-27. After participating in DreamHack several times in the past, Rainbow Six Esport is back to take part in this fan-favorite event. The latter will be able to attend the knockout stages and the grand final of the competition which will take place in the emblematic Congress Center Elmia, in Jönköping, Sweden in the hall dedicated to the Six Major Jönköping.

Tickets are available now on the DreamHack Winter website. It only remains to know the 16 qualified teams now for this world tournament, and a title of champion at the key, decisive to win his place in the Six Invitational 2023.

Calendar of the Six Jönköping Major 2022:

  • Group stages : From November 21 to 23 – not accessible to the public, in Stockholm.
  • Elimination stages / Playoffs: November 25-26 – open to the public at DreamHack Winter in Jönköping.
  • Grand Final: November 27 – open to the public at DreamHack Winter in Jönköping.
