The selling pressure remains as strong as ever since the capital agreements reached with the Chinese Tencent… Among the latest advice from brokers, JP Morgan adjusted the cursor to the margin from 54 to 53 euros with an opinion to ‘overweight’. Stifel had downgraded the value to ‘keep’, while reducing its target to 35 euros. The action has thus been neglected since the group announced an agreement on the rise in its capital of the Chinese Tencent. A “deal” which has come to shower the hopes of a takeover bid, at least in the short term, since the Chinese giant will not be able to increase its stake in Ubisoft beyond 9.99% of the capital for 8 years…
