The meeting notice, including the agenda and the draft resolutions as well as the terms and conditions for participating in and voting at the Meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) of May 30. The publication in the BALO of the notice of meeting is scheduled for June 20.
