Due to the large number of tickets, Udo Lindenberg and the tour organizers have announced additional shows.

Musician Udo Lindenberg (75) will play 16 shows in the coming year instead of the planned 13. As the organizer announced on Friday, the rush for tickets for his “Udopium Live 2022” tour was so great that three more appearances were announced. “Before the general advance booking started today, Friday, at 11 o’clock, 100,000 fans had already ordered their tickets”, it says in a message.

The three additional concerts by the award-winning artist will also take place in stadiums and the very large arenas. On June 10th he will be a guest at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, on June 28th in the Hamburg Barclays Arena and on July 2nd, 2022 in the Berlin Waldbühne. “Udopium Live 2022” celebrates its premiere on May 24th in Schwerin and ends on July 9th in Mannheim’s SAP Arena.

Appearance in the Christmas “crime scene”

If you don’t want to wait so long to see the popular artist again, you can mark Christmas Day in red on your calendar. On December 26th there is the new NDR- “Tatort: ​​Everything comes back” (8:15 pm, the first) by cult director Detlev Buck (58) with guest star Udo Lindenberg.

The musician not only plays a key role alongside Maria Furtwängler (55) as Commissioner Charlotte Lindholm, but also contributed the title song. The single “Kompass” including the music video was released on September 10th and comes from the best-of album “Udopium – Das Beste”.
