PARIS, Feb 18 (Reuters) – Emmanuel Macron called on Friday for an end to military actions in Donbass, eastern Ukraine, and for the resumption of constructive negotiations between Moscow and Kiev.
The president, who was speaking at a press conference in Brussels, considered the situation “very worrying” on the ground, where the bombardments increased on Friday for the second consecutive day.
