Ukraine: Putin evokes “positive developments” in the talks


March 11 (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday reported positive developments in talks with Ukrainian authorities, without giving further details.

“There are some positive developments, the negotiators on our side tell me,” Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his counterpart and Belarusian ally, Alexander Lukashenko, adding that these talks were continuing daily.
