This is the first known power and water cut in Kherson, a city controlled by the Russian army, since the start of the offensive by Moscow troops in Ukraine. According to a representative of the emergency services of the Kherson region, quoted by Russian news agencies, “more than ten localities in the region are (currently) without electricity”.
