A power plant in the Russian border town of Belgorod caught fire after a Ukrainian attack. As the local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reports in the online service Telegram, it will take “up to four hours” for a replacement infrastructure for the power supply to be activated. He leaves it open how many people were affected by the power outage. Gladkov also reports that Ukrainian missiles hit a railway line and damaged several power lines.
