Zara parent company Inditex is selling its entire Russian business. The Spanish textile giant announced that Inditex had reached an “initial agreement” with the Vom Group. The Vom Group is based in the United Arab Emirates and is primarily active in the retail and real estate sectors. Inditex had already closed all 502 Inditex stores in Russia in March after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. For the company, Russia is one of the largest markets after Spain.
