LONDON (Reuters) – The counter-offensive by Ukrainian forces has been very effective but it does not signify the end of the war and a long conflict is to be expected, NATO Secretary General Jens said on Friday. Stoltenberg.
“It is of course extremely encouraging to see that the Ukrainian armed forces have been able to retake territories and also strike behind Russian lines,” he told the BBC.
“At the same time, we have to understand that this is not the beginning of the end of the war, we have to be prepared for the long term,” he added.
