The producer of the series has claimed that filming will begin this summer.

“We will find some of the most emblematic faces of Un paso adelante (A step forward, the name of the series Un, dos, tres in Spain) alongside a new generation of young actors”announced Atresmedia, which co-produces the series with Globomedia (Mediapro), in a press release published this Wednesday evening. “TikTok, Instagram…Upa Next, the original series of Atresplayer Premium, will start casting through challenges on social networks to recruit dancerscontinued the latter.

Un, dos, tres has been hugely successful internationally

And the audience should be there. Aired between 2002 and 2005, “Un, dos, tres” garnered an average audience of 3.6 million viewers over the series’ six seasons. Given the success in Spain of this group of young people from Madrid who learn dance, singing and theater in a specialized school, success had crossed borders to achieve international success. Among the key actors, there was Monica Cruz (the little sister of Penelope), Miguel Angel Munoz or the dancer Beatriz Luengo. New information should be revealed in the coming weeks.
