Un Si Grand Soleil in advance: summary of the episode of Monday, December 5, 2022 [SPOILERS]

YANN SET A TRAP FOR JOHANNA

After catching Johanna looking at her phone when his back is turned, Yann wonders if she might have slept with him to get information about the investigation into Sylvie’s death. Hugo then reminds her that they got closer before her death and then tells her that the lawyer has asked for a second opinion. Fearing that he missed something, the forensic pathologist decides to start the case from the beginning because he doesn’t want to be overtaken by one of his colleagues.

During this time, judge Alphand informs Guilhem that he is indicted for the murder of his wife. Although Johanna tries to defend her uncle’s cause, Cécile decides to maintain the indictment until the results of the new autopsy.

Not far from there, Marion informs Laurent that Guilhem has been indicted. And as much to say that the niece of Sylvie is delighted. He may point out to her that he remains presumed innocent, Marion does not budge. For her, Guilhem is an assassin.

At the same time, Hugo meticulously goes through Sylvie’s file.

At nightfall, Yann receives a call from reception informing him that Johanna is coming to collect the police custody reports from her uncle. While this is a great disappointment for Yann, Johanna hastens to call Claudine to tell her that she has just discovered an element that calls into question her entire defense strategy.

ARTHUR YIELDS TO TEMPTATION

Arthur meets Jennifer at 101. The opportunity for the young man to open up a dialogue with her. The latter then insists on having an explanation about what happened with Laurine. Although he admits having done something stupid, he nevertheless assures that he does not feel anything for his friend’s sister. Only, Jennifer is certain that if she had not arrived on the beach at the time of their kiss, they would have gone further. Sensing that something has broken between them, Jennifer says she doesn’t know if she will be able to trust him again one day.

Annoyed, Arthur joins Boris in the library. As he understands that his problems with Jennifer are not getting better, Laurine’s brother invites him to take a little trip to the sea to clear his mind. Only, Arthur declines because he doesn’t have the head for it.

At the same time, Jennifer confides in David. If she misses Arthur, she doesn’t see herself coming back to him after what he did to her. In addition, she finds that her boyfriend is no longer the same since he entered college. According to her, her new buddies are giving her a hard time and she fears she won’t measure up. David retorts that Arthur will quickly realize Laurine’s true nature and says he is certain that he will never let their couple rot.

Later, Laurine calls Arthur and tries to convince him to join them for the sea trip. If he refuses, the photo of her in a bikini that she sends him afterwards finally makes him change his mind.

Shortly after, Arthur joins his friends at the marina. During this little escapade at sea, Laurine is particularly enterprising. When Arthur tries to find out if he really likes him or if she is playing with him, the young woman kisses him then drags him into the cabin to share an intimate moment with him…
