LUDO STILL HAS FEELINGS FOR NOÉMIE
Tom spent the night with Gauvin. After thanking him warmly for watching over the animal in their absence, Ludo and Noémie give him his day to rest.
Later, Ludo calls Christophe who questions him about his relationship with Noémie. Indeed, the veterinarian surprised quite telling looks between them. After assuring that he was making films, Ludo specifies that they are simply friends. Besides, he is very much in love with Margot and has no intention of leaving her.
In the process, Noémie joins Ludo and takes him in her arms. Indeed, she is happy that they managed to prevent Tom from making a huge mistake. The teenager having taken a step in the right direction, Noémie now wants to help him turn the corner.
Subsequently, as Noémie plans to sign an exclusive contract with a store to sell her vegetables, she needs legal advice and calls Margot. The latter then offers to submit the contract to Florent and then promises to come back to her as soon as possible. To thank her, Noémie offers Margot a drink at the end of the day, which she accepts.
At the same time, Ludo goes to the gallery and confides in Alix about his feelings for Noémie. Although he has tried everything, Ludo is still in love with her. Now he fears that Margot will find out. While Alix tries to find out if he still has feelings for Margot, Ludo confirms it. In reality, Ludo is in love with both women. A complicated situation for the young man.
Tom receives a call from Jonas who tells that he has been arrested and that he is going to take prison time. While Tom is genuinely sorry, Jonas doesn’t care. If he had kept watch as planned, all of this would not have happened. Angry, Jonas says he never wants to talk about him again. In his eyes, he no longer exists.
In the evening, Margot arrives at the roommate and tells Ludo that she had a good time with Noémie. Really liking the young woman, she even thinks they could become friends. During the conversation, Ludo tells Margot of his desire to move in with her. And that’s good because she really wants it too. Happy, she snuggled into his arms.
TRESSON IS PLACED IN CUSTODY
The Montpellier police are convinced that Régis Tresson is the sponsor of the gang rapes. After obtaining a letter of request to search his offices, Manu and Aya go there and take him into custody.
In the interrogation room, Régis is confronted by James. If the latter maintains that Tresson asked him to brutalize the actresses to the point of rape, Régis denies the facts as a whole. According to him, James is only looking for revenge. However, James does not let it go and maintains that Régis demanded more and more trashy videos even without the consent of the actresses. While Régis claims that he would never have published these videos if he had known that the girls were raped, James insults him and then tries to physically attack him. Manu then intervenes and manages to calm him down.
A few kilometers away, Inès and Enzo return from Mélissa’s funeral. After throwing a rose into the sea, Enzo thanks his friend for the speech she made. He too would have liked to be able to say something but unfortunately the words did not come out. He therefore blames himself for not having been able to say goodbye with dignity to the woman he loves. After reminding him that everyone reacts differently to the loss of a loved one, Inès urges him to call her before freaking out. Once he declares that he would like to be as strong as her, Enzo hugs her.
At the same time, Manu questions Régis Tresson in the presence of Master Levars. Tresson criticizes the police for going after him before pointing out that James is the criminal, not him. For his part, Serge signals to Captain Léoni that they have no proof against his client, but the policeman certifies that they will eventually find some. For Serge, it is the word of his client, an honest citizen with no criminal record, against that of an assassin who has just confessed to his crime. And Tresson adds that this crime is sordid. Words that greatly annoy Manu who reminds him that earning money from the rape of women is just as important. Before the situation escalates, Aya intervenes and takes over.
In court, Judge Alphand notifies James of his indictment for intentional homicide, gang rape and human trafficking. In view of the seriousness of the facts, Cécile specifies that she will request her placement in pre-trial detention with the judge of freedoms. James then points out to him that he still helped the police by swinging Tresson then repeats that he did not kill Melissa on purpose. Shocked, Cécile shows him the photos of the young woman who is unrecognizable as James is so hard on her. At the sight of these shots, the photographer remains speechless and Cécile puts an end to the interrogation.
