The troubles are far from over for Hélène (Sophie Le Tellier), who is about to be targeted by someone who seems determined to silence her in the sequel to Un Si Grand Soleil on France 2.

Although the former nurse still serves as the number one suspect in the investigation into the death of her ex-companion Christian Peyrac, certain elements of the case do not seem to completely convince the police. Notably the fact that the weapon that Hélène bought illegally a year ago is not the same as the one used to kill Christian.

At the same time, Romain Corvisart (Nicolas Baisin), whose motivations have been more than shady since his arrival in Montpellier, continues to manipulate Laurine (Léa Gillard) and finally achieves his ends when the young woman, who has fallen under his spell, agrees to let him into Hélène’s hospital room, although under police surveillance.

But while Laurine thinks that Romain, who is posing as a journalist, wants to speak with Hélène in order to find a scoop, this is not the case. In reality, Romain is trying to kill Hélène in order to silence her once and for all!

Hélène regains her memory… at the very moment when her life hangs by a thread

In an extract from the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil on Wednesday February 21 revealed in advance by France 2, Romain enters Hélène’s room in the middle of the night and inserts a syringe into the IV of Alix’s associate (Nadia Fossier). It is at this moment that, by magic, Hélène regains her memory and remembers the events that occurred on the evening of the tragedy.

In this flashback, Christian stands in front of Hélène and points a gun at his ex-partner. Very angry, he asks Hélène to tell him where Alix is (who is now considering the idea of leaving Montpellier to escape the police). It was then that an individual, who was none other than Romain, arrived in the gallery and in turn threatened Christian Peyrac with a weapon.

“Did you think you were going to leave with the money?” says Romain to the art dealer, whom he seems to know very well. “And what’s more, you’re coming to hide here? You idiot, go.”. Face to face, the two men end up exchanging gunfire. But only Christian is hit and collapses to the ground.

Panicked, Hélène tries to escape but Romain then attacks her. “Where’s the money? My money!”, he keeps repeating, threatening her. Unable to take the risk that she escapes and identifies him to the police, Romain continues on his path and shoots Hélène in the chest to prevent her from speaking. He then places the weapons in the victims’ hands so that the police think it was an altercation that had gone bad between the two exes. And the rest, we know it…

When Hélène opens her eyes in her hospital room and realizes that she has just remembered everything, Romain is still present at her side. Determined to put an end to it. He tries to suffocate her with a pillow. Will he achieve his goals? Will Helene die? Or will the police succeed in stopping Romain and arresting him? Answer in the next episodes of Un Si Grand Soleil on France 2.
