(Boursier.com) — Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield completed the sale of ‘The Village’, an open-air commercial space located in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, to the Kroenke organization. The aggregate sale price is $325 million (100%, URW owns 55%). With this operation, URW has now completed disposals representing a total amount of 1.1 billion dollars on the other side of the Atlantic. They are part of the strategy to reduce the group’s financial exposure in the United States.
