(CercleFinance.com) – Civil society Octopus declared to the AMF that it individually crossed upwards, on May 15, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Unibel and to hold 7.03% of the capital and 3.86 % of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from the contribution by Florian Sauvin, Marion Sauvin, Thomas Sauvin and Catherine Sauvin of Unibel shares to the benefit of the company Octopus which they control, within the framework of an internal reclassification.
