TERMS OF PROVISION OF PREPARATORY DOCUMENTS

UNION FINANCIERE DE FRANCE BANQUE informs its shareholders that they will be convened to a Combined General Meeting on Tuesday May 24, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. at the Hôtel des Arts et Métiers, 9 bis avenue d’Iéna, 75116 Paris.

The prior notice including the agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of April 18, 2022. The notice of meeting will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of May 9, 2022.

The information and documents provided for in Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code will be made available to shareholders as of the notice of the Meeting, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions:

• Any registered shareholder may, up to and including the fifth day before the Meeting, ask the Company to send him this information and these documents. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of registration in the bearer share accounts held by the authorized intermediary;

• Any shareholder may consult them at the registered office of the Company for a period of 15 days preceding the date of the Meeting.

The information and documents relating to this Meeting, referred to in Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, can be found, as of today, on the company’s website at www.uff.net , in the Shareholders Investors / General Meetings section.
