United States: housing resales below expectations

(Boursier.com) — According to today’s report from the American National Association of Realtors this Tuesday, resales of existing homes for the month of October stood at a rate of 3.79 million units, compared to 3.9 million place consensus and 3.95 million for the revised reading from the previous month. This marks a 4.1% decline in resales month over month and a drop of 14.6% year over year.
