United States: unexpected increase in sales promises

(Boursier.com) — According to the American National Association of Realtors this Friday, the index of promises of home sales for the month of December 2022 emerged up 2.5% compared to the previous month, to 76 .9, against a market consensus of -2% as measured by FactSet, and after a drop of -2.6% in the revised reading for the month of November.
