UNITI, a real estate developer specializing in residential pathways for all, has just been selected by Grand Paris Aménagement as part of its Call for Expressions of Interest for listing its real estate operator partners. UNITI will thus be solicited in the context of transfers of Grand Paris Aménagement. This referencing runs for the entire 2023 financial year, with renewals to be defined from 2024.
This Monday, October 17, Grand Paris Aménagement made public the conclusions and results of the Call for Expression of Interest for the listing of its future real estate operator partners to work towards the construction of a sober, inclusive, productive and resilient city.
This consultation was carried out in response to “the commitment made by Grand Paris Aménagement, in October 2021, to initiate a strategic approach to improving the impact of its operations by significantly strengthening its quality benchmark for real estate production, ‘uses, and environmental’.
In total, Grand Paris Aménagement (GPA) and the Société du Grand Paris (SGP) analyzed 174 files, submitted by operators of all sizes and types. The operators were referenced in 16 thematic categories corresponding to the major priorities and challenges of the public institution.
