(Boursier.com) — Uniti has appointed Hervé Le Dain to the newly created position of Director of Real Estate Promotion.
Under the supervision of Stéphane Oria, Chairman and CEO of the Group, Hervé Le Dain will be responsible for leading and supervising the Uniti agency network as well as the Department in charge of Major Projects & Consultations, and coordinating the development strategy of this network on the approved and managed residential real estate market. In this context, Hervé Le Dain will play a central role in developing relationships with the Group’s main clients and key partners, in particular local authorities, land owners, social landlords, as well as institutional investors.
In the real estate sector, Hervé Le Dain has held positions of responsibility in renowned companies such as Promogim, Pelège, Kauffman & Broad, and Edelis (formerly Akerys Promotion), where he served as Deputy Managing Director since 2006. His arrival at UNITI reinforces the Group’s expansion in the accessible residential housing market.
Uniti shares are currently trading at 1.19 euros.
